I've checked the phase to phase voltage at the servo amplifier and its well over 170VAC, also checked the brake connector and it seems to be fine. I am trying to setup a program on my controller for production, however when i put the robot in certain positions(orientations) i get an OVC alarm. Check our database of FANUC robot error codes for the alarm. Blown fuses and malfunctioning OVC and HC alarms. (OVC): A overcurrent alarm is being generated inside of digital servo. (5) Servo alarms Number Message Contents 400 SERVO ALARM: n–TH AXIS OVER-LOAD.
